Coincidence or not???
When I was telling my cousin Rachel about the pregnancy, my cousin Vijay pointed out that it was due the day after my grandmother's birthday. (By the way Vij, how did you remember that birthday? I would have had no clue until right around that time? Amazing!) As a lot of you know my first girl is going to be called Lily Ann because this name has been picked out since my grandmother passed away and I loved that woman dearly. She was my rock through some very trying times. Another point of interest is that when I went to get the dr's preg test I told the Doc the first day of my last period was Sept. 19 because I knew it was around there somewhere. Well I when I came home I checked it out and found out it was actually the 18th! That means my baby (hopefully a girl as everybody including Mundy and I are rooting for) is due on my Grandmother's birthday! What say you is it a coink-a-dink or not?

Big news!!!!
After trying basically since we've been married I am finally pregnant!!!! WooooooHOooooooo! I found out Friday Oct. 23rd. I wasn't going to tell anyone but my excitment and my own devil's advocate (you know who you are) coerced me to do it. My due date is supposed to be June 28, which means that I am six weeks along. We really hope we get a girl!!!

New Calling
So I go in to the bishop a few weeks ago with Mundy and I thinking we are going to be asked to be the Cub Scout Pack leaders and get the shock of my life instead. I took these pictures to show you the possibility of what my face might have looked like when they told me what they wanted me to do. Unfortunatly, I wasn't prepared for this so I didn't take the camera to get the true expression. They told me that they had been watching me for a couple of months with this calling in mind. Are they crazy? I think so, Mundy disagrees. I've been asked to be the Relief Society President. Just when I thought life couldn't get any crazier. So I bawled for the next 30 minutes or so and took a walk to compose myself before church started and then I started the stake out to see who I wanted to be my counselors and secretary. Thanks to the advice of a wonderful cousin and some inspirtation (I hope) I had picked out these ladies within a few days. On Sunday they will set me apart. All I can ask of all of you is keep my in your prayers, please!

Debate
I am a bit mystified. I watched the second presidential debate last night and then listened to people calling into a Las Vegas radio station with their comments. Everybody was complaining because it was "boring". That they didn't show any enthusiasm. Etc. Etc. I thought the point of debate was to prove your point about a subject not entertain 'the people'. What say you?
